About the role
We have an excellent opportunity available for an organised, efficient and hands-on Executive Assistant to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with listing workflow
- Provide administrative support
- Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Liaise with service providers and suppliers
- Assist with correspondence and communication
- Perform various office tasks as required
About you
- Holder of a Property Representative Licence
- Prior experience in real estate preferred
- Confident and approachable personality
- Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented and ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Familiar with CRMs and Microsoft Office package
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to confidentiality
