Executive Assistant - Community And Economic Development

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to effectively and efficiently assist the Director Community & Economic Development Services. 

This position is a Fulltime, Fixed Term position ending on 28 February 2025.

Key Responsibility Areas: 

• Provide high level and confidential executive and administrative support to the Director Community & Economic Development Services
• Managing electronic mail, communications, travel arrangements, calendar management, minute taking, preparing agendas and disseminating correspondence appropriately
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the purposes of providing information and answering enquiries related to the function.
