Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Executive Assistant QLD Other Permanent / Full Time An exciting opportunity exists for a full time, permanent Executive Assistant to join Isaac Regional Council's Office of the Mayor and CEO based in Moranbah. Reporting to the Coordinator Executive Support, this position is responsible for providing executive administrative support, project management and business reporting as required to the Office of the Mayor and CEO. To be successful in this role, you will have: Significant experience (5 years) in an Administrative Support or Executive Support role (or Certificate III in Business Administration) is essential. Local Government Administration experience will be highly regarded. Experience in correspondence management, taking of minutes, controlling a diary, account reconciliation and file management. High level experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including an advanced level of accurate and efficient typing skills is essential. Previous experience within Local Government highly preferred. Current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence. For this position we offer: $83,320.05 - $89,940.83 per annum (Stream A, Level 4-5), plus allowances; Normally 72.5 hours per fortnight – Monday to Friday; RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement; 5 weeks annual leave pro rata @ 17.5% loading Up to 13.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement Discounted Corporate Health Cover through multiple providers with competitive extras and coverage benefits.
