Executive Assistant
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are looking for a proactive and reliable Executive Assistant that will support the Senior Management of Darwin. This is a temporary employment opportunity up to 30th June 2024 with the possibility of extension for the right person.

- Diary and calendar management
- Travel coordination (flights, accommodation, vehicle, etc.)
- Prepare itineraries
- Screening incoming calls
- Coordinating meeting appointments
- Setting up meetings
- Organising catering
- Sending invites
- Minute taking
- Booking meeting rooms
- Credit card acquittals
- Draft correspondence
