ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our growing business! Based at our Head Office in Regents Park, this full-time office-based role offers the chance to support our CEO and Executive General Managers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative and extensive diary management support to the executive team, including preparation and coordination of the CEOs meetings, calls and agendas for various internal and external client meetings.
- Manage and prioritise workflows including preparation of board and executive reports and meetings.
- Ensuring matters for attention are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Exercising judgement and confidentiality in prioritising, sorting, and drawing attention to urgent correspondence.
- Oversee travel and accommodation bookings for the executive team.
- Ensure head office requirements are met as Office Manager including meeting room management and all office management requirements.
- Oversee travel and accommodation bookings for the executive team.
- Coordination of events for head office, Christmas and annual business planning conferences.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in an executive administration role managing competing priorities all whilst maintaining a positive and flexible approach.
- Strong writing skills (correspondence, policies, and reports) and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and credibility in working with senior stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.
- Always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, pre-emptive, and problem solve.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
- Eye for details and awareness of company branding guidelines.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, self-motivated and thrives in an autonomous and busy company.
