The Role:
BDO is providing an opportunity for a valued Executive Assistantor Personal Assistant to join the team and provide instrumentalsupport to the company’s growth.
This is a pivotal position providing support to our Partner leadingthe National Audit Quality and IS Audit teams. As a EA/PA, you willprovide efficient administrative support in the day-to-dayoperations.
You will be based in Sydney CBD office but offered the flexibilityto work from the office and home.
Duties andresponsibilities
- Provide extensive administrative support, including but not limited to diary management, inbox maintenance and travel to the partner and directors in the teams
- Understand the key drivers and strategic priorities of the audit service line and the teams you are supporting to enable proactive and effective support and solutions development
- Assist with all administrative tasks of the teams to include monthly billing, corporate credit card allocations, invoicing
- Assist the team with creation, update and maintenance of templates (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) that are used by the audit service line
- Arrange meetings, including booking rooms, catering, tele/video conference facilities
- Preparation of management reports, and various ad hoc reporting requests
- Preparation of meeting agendas, minute taking and follow up/tracking of action items
- Other general administration tasks as required
Experience
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills - PowerPoint, Word and Excel (Essential)
