The Responsibility
This role incorporates 1:4 EA support. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Diary management and meeting scheduling;
- Inbox, email and correspondence management;
- Domestic and international travel arranging, including itineraries and packs;
- Preparing of PowerPoint presentations and use of Excel for reporting and budget purposes;
- Preparation of agendas, papers and action items for meetings;
- Coordination of business events and conferences, lunches and dinners;
- Invoice and expense approvals; and
- Supporting with onboarding team members and being a central point of contact for your Executives' teams.
To be considered for this position you will have at minimum 3-5 years at a senior Team Assistant or Executive Assistant level. Crucial to the success of this role, is someone with a high proficiency of the MS Office suite, specifically Excel. A natural team player, this role calls for someone flexible, and supportive in character, who is comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
