About the role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, your primary purpose is to ensure the effective organisation of the CEOs workflow and schedule, and provide active support for CEO communications. This includes the drafting and review of communication materials such as formal presentations, reports and 'All Kennards' communications.
You will have regular interaction and liaison with the Kennards CEO team, as well as the board, customers and suppliers as required.
Responsibilities;
- Provide executive support to the CEO including schedule, email and travel management.
- Oversee the processing of approval paperwork, coordinate papers, compile monthly reports, and manage meeting minutes and actions.
- Actively support the CEO with all communications.
- Collect and organise information on key issues, priority projects, and prepare for meetings, workshops, and branch visits.
- Deliver timely, effective information and advice to the CEO and the executive team on emerging key issues, presenting potential solutions as appropriate.
- Record, monitor, and track document flow to and from relevant persons, ensuring accurate references and filing, including leases and legal documents.
- Actively contribute to the organisation of conferences, workshops, and events.

- Exceptional written communication skills, including extensive experience in the preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
- High level experience in liaising and negotiating at a senior level.
- Proficiency in computer systems and standard office equipment and applications such as word, excel, powerpoint.
- Proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues.
- Has the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composure.
- The flexibility to travel on occasion.
