As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and bring new attractions and experiences to life, we have an opportunity for a passionate Full Time Executive Assistantto join our Corporate Services team and support the General Manager.
About the Role
This interesting and varied role is based in the corporate offices at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary working within a friendly, supportive and motivated team.
As an organised and exceptional communicator you will support the General Manager undertaking comprehensive diary and meeting management, coordinating events and multi tasking a variety of administrative tasks to support organisational goals. Your attention to detail and ability to build relationships, problem solve and adapt will be essential as you liaise with both internal and external stakeholders verbally and in writing.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in an administration role. You will be a self-starter and have a willingness to learn all aspects of our organisation’s mission. Other required skills and qualifications we are looking for include:
- Demonstrated experience providing executive support to senior management
- Superior Communication skills both written and verbal.
- High level administrative skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- High level of capability working with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team and build strong professional working relationships
- Prepared to work in an outdoor environment, in all weathers, in a role that requires substantial walking in a workplace that has native wildlife such as birds and reptiles.
