Executive Assistant to General Manager

ATLAS Recruitment are looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant on behalf of our client within the Design Sector. 

About the Role:

• Provide a range of administrative duties including diary management, inbox management, calender management
• Coordinate meetings including the preparation of agendas, recording and distribution of minutes and initiation and close out of follow-up actions.
• Assist with preparation of lease and terms documentation.
• Assist with budgets and forecasts of the Assets.
• High-level proactive administrative support to the Teams 
• A wide variety of ad hoc requests that require initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure Salesforce (CRM) and Procore (Project Management) system is up to date with accurate records of interactions with clients and prospects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience either as an EA / OR Personal Assistant
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Applicants MUST be happy to be in the office Mon-Friday (Hybrid set up a possible option) 
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
