Salary: $90,000 package
About the Role:
We are seeking a polished and professional Executive Assistant to join an esteemed real estate agency in Bulimba. As the Executive Assistant to a high-level agent, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the top level team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the Lead Agent, ensuring their schedule is well-managed, residential documentation is handled efficiently, and auction processes are executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the high-level agent's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth residential documentation processes, liaising with relevant parties as required.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the auction process to assist the agent during auctions and related activities.
- Prepare and proofread various documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
- Act as a liaison between the agent and clients, maintaining professional and clear communication at all times.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organise and oversee events, meetings, and other special activities, ensuring they run seamlessly.
- Conduct thorough research and compile relevant information to aid the Agent in making informed decisions.
- Anticipate the Agent's needs and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- 2+ years experience within residential real estate contracts and form 6's.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in managing residential documentation and a comprehensive understanding of the auction process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professional etiquette.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- A proactive mindset, taking initiative to address issues and streamline processes.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and tools including Agentbox CRM, Realworks, DocuSign and Microsoft Suite.
