The Role:
As the backbone of our top-performing agent's day, you'll maintain order from Monday to Friday. Your role will be a blend of administration, organisation, and relationship management, ensuring seamless transactions daily. As the
Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing diaries, emails, and appointments
- Preparing sales listing kits
- Coordinating with vendors and buyers
- Facilitating exchanges and settlements
- Overseeing sales associates in your team
- Overseeing property marketing and advertising
- Supporting property auctions on Thursday evenings
- Handling general administrative tasks
The Candidate:
We're seeking a confident, driven individual with prior Real Estate experience supporting a Leading Agent or selling principal. Key requirements include:
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Impeccable personal presentation and mannerism
- A strong work ethic and drive
