What is unique about you?
With a wealth of experience in multiple Executive Assistant positions, you can quickly ascertain the needs of your principals, their working styles, and business priorities. As clients are the focus of this firm and in this role, you will be liaising with renowned stakeholders and a wide range of high-net-worth individuals. As a result, your communication skills will need to be flawless, tactful and to the point, whilst maintaining the upmost levels of discretion and confidentially. Working in collaboration with the Managing Partner, this role is highly visible, and you will be representing the business across all correspondence, external engagements and client meetings. The pace of day-to-day business operations is exceptionally high and requires you to employ forward thinking and proactive organisational skills to keep ahead. High level of attention to detail and exceptional time-management and prioritisation skills will be the key to succeed in the fast-paced and ever-evolving word of consulting.
A snapshot of your role…
- Take full ownership of your Partner's intricate diary management, overseeing a high volume of client and stakeholder meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate complex and extensive domestic and international travel for the partners and prepare itineraries for transport, accommodation and entertainment requests
- Attend various client meetings with the Managing Partner, coordinating agendas, taking minutes and ensuring follow up actions are tracked and delivered, both internally and externally
- Manage the business' expenses, prepare financial reports and oversee the smooth running of the Sydney office, liaising with facilities management and ensuring optimal operations
- Prepare client and board presentation packs using several different software packages and manage the onboarding of new clients in the company's project management database
