As an Executive Assistant you will provide administrative expertise and coordinate activities to support our award-winning Finance team based in Melbourne. This role is available as Job Share, Part Time or Full Time employment! Your role will include:
Diary management; coordination of meetings, workshops, team events & travel; preparing expense claims.
Coordination of finance strategy deliverables; assist project manage the numerous actions; enable an effective, demonstrable progress culture.
Coordination of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing leadership compliance actions and activities
Coordinate and continuously improve Finance content on the intranet.
Create and maintain Finance SharePoint and folder structures.
Coordination of ongoing tasks such as Internal Audit actions, Finance shared service transition actions, working capital actions & finance-IT initiatives
Coordination of recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation, offboarding process & activities across the Finance team
Support the wider Finance leadership team with any other administrative tasks.

As well as experience in a similar role:
Prior experience supporting a Finance team.
Strong administration and coordination skills
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
Superb organisational and time management skills
Stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
Advanced skills within the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.
