Position: Executive Assistant Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per annum + Super Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage 4 quarterly sales conferences and 2 bi-annual sales conferences, including coordinating run sheets, guest speakers, catering, and location logistics.
Handle diary and email management for executives, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint and intermediate/advanced Excel to create presentations and manage data effectively.
Conduct morning meetings and end-of-day wind-ups to keep executives informed and aligned.
Act as a backup for the CEO's EA when required, providing essential support during busy periods.
Personality Traits:
Strong and assertive personality capable of diplomatically managing executives' time, ensuring meetings and conversations stay on track.
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Solutions-oriented mindset to address current challenges effectively, proactively seeking solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
