You will be joining our team in Luscombe (near Yatala), reporting to the Managing Director. You will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

What You Will Do
Being a highly motived, senior administrative professional, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing generalist support.
More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
- Undertake a broad range of administrative support activities such as assisting with room bookings, organising company events and catering, records and file management, data input, expense processing, uniform purchasing and travel arrangements.
- Provide high level confidential secretarial services and diary management.
- Manage supply and procurement processes, including raising purchase orders, reconcile company credit cards, process invoices, negotiate contracts, renew leases, vehicles and facilities management.
- Collation and contribution to the writing of routine and ad hoc reports.

- A good sense of humour coupled with a great work ethic to get the job done.
- Adaptable to and embraces change; can pivot workload and priorities.
- Substantial experience in a similar Executive Assistant / Senior Admin role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, and confidence liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
- Previous exposure to Construction, Building or Engineering industry (highly regarded).
