Despite the small Sydney office size, the company boasts over 120 employees across various interstate offices. Your solution-focused mindset and keen ability to discern shifting priorities align with the big picture while attending repetitive tasks with precision. As an integral part of the executive team, your interaction with stakeholders and personal relationships necessitates effortless communication and collaboration. A snapshot of your role…
Coordinate a complex calendar spanning domestic and international time zones, ensuring alignment with multiple competing priorities, and accommodating the needs of internal and external stakeholders amidst ongoing and reactive demands
End-to-end management of CEO’s regular and reactive domestic and international travel, incorporating personal preferences, detailed itineraries and ongoing communication with direct & third-party travel partnerships and accounts
Manage monthly expense processes and collaborate with the Policy Grants Officer on preparing grants and funding requests
Efficiently draft, prepare, and distribute various documents, agendas, minutes, reports, and client packs for the CEO and executive office
Ensure ongoing communication with stakeholders, including personal relationships of the CEO, across both business and personal ventures
