The role of Executive Branch Manager, Client Services is responsible for the tenant lifecycle from application, assessment, allocation, intake, tenancy and transition/exit from housing. The Executive Branch Manager, Client Services will lead the gateway, tenancy and quality and business improvement functions.
The role works closely with Executive Branch Housing & Homelessness Policy and Executive Branch Manager Infrastructure and Contracts to ensure current client needs are met and emerging needs are identified and appropriately provisioned and considered in strategy and asset portfolio planning.
To be successful in this role you will be an exceptional professional who has excellent senior executive leadership experience and strong, proven collaboration and problem-solving capabilities. You will have outstanding customer service ethic and well-established experience in management, community sector reform and development, and business and project planning. Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years. Prospective applicants should be aware that long-term engagements are tabled in the ACT Legislative Assembly.
Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $274,784 - $285,773 depending on current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $244,201.
