About the role:
Currently we have a FANTASTIC opportunity for an enthusiastic & hands on Learning & Development Consultant to jump into the hot seat and drive a crucial area of the business. Reporting to the Head of Capability and Compliance, you will be responsible for the training, developing and coaching of staff members on one of our leading Inbound Customer Care Teams within our contact centre.
About you:
We are looking for a strong candidate who is proactive & self-motivated with a genuine desire to assist others and invest in others’ ongoing Learning & Development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Learning & Development experience
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (highly preferred)
- Contact centre experience (preferred but not essential)
- Analytical and reporting skills to identify trends
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to Team Leaders and Management
- Experience in leading, motivating and inspiring teams (highly regarded)
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work within specified time frames
