Job Profile
Reporting to the Senior Retailer Customer Services Officer, the Retailer Training Officer is responsible for all retailer related training, learning and professional development activities, associated systems and records management. This role has the following key areas of focus:
- Retailer learning and training
- Knowledge transfer and capability development
- Business development support
- Continuous service improvement
- Learning systems operation and management
Mandatory and special role requirements
Police Clearance / Regional Travel / Current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence

- Demonstrated experience in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development and evaluation of high-quality contemporary training programs and support materials
- Demonstrated experience in the design, application and management of training needs analysis frameworks and tools
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner, in both on-line and face-to-face environments
