The Position
The position will work across the Organisational Development (OD) function, providing a professional service delivering contemporary and customer focused Learning and Development advisory and support.

  • Working 35 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO
  • Flexible working arrangement

Qualifications & experience 

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources/ or a related field such as behavioural science, training, or management or relevant work experience
  • Relevant experience working in a Human Resources environment delivering a professional service in a broad range of Human Resources functions or training and Development
Tasks & responsibilities 
  • Support to undertake projects and administrate tasks associated with the full range of HR/OD functions including:
    • Employee and Talent Development (Orientation Program, Corporate Training, Leadership Training, Position based training, compliance training)
    • Workforce Resourcing (Grow Our Own Trainee Program)
    • Learning and Development activities and projects (LinkedIn Learning, Moodle, HRIS)
    • Training administration and coordination
    • Reward and Recognition (Skill Assessments and Performance Reviews)
  • To provide professional and administrative support including professional front-line customer service and maintenance of the online OD service desk portal.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to support our leaders and people by providing appropriate HR/OD advice.

Hours
Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity’s RDO guidelines.
