Our award-winning Club is situated on the Bellarine Peninsula, regarded as one of the region's premier licensed clubs.
The Executive Chef will be an inspiring, adaptable and experienced leader who has the inherent capabilities to manage the overall kitchen operations effectively and efficiently; including exemplar member experiences, achieving key budget metrics, food safety standards, and team culture. Leading a team of fifteen, a primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of all food service areas at a high standard.
