Executive Floor Manager

Your opportunity

We have exciting opportunity for the first time in many years for an executive Floor Manager to join our team.  The purpose of this role is to provide the highest quality customer experience to all staff and guests. You will be efficient and courteous when handling all customer contacts both in person and by telephone/email. You will contribute to the efficient and smooth operation of internal and external meeting rooms and associated facilities within Scentre Group Support Office

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Meet and greet of external guests.
  • Guide internal staff to rooms Client rooms.  (Hot and cold drink service for guests)
  • Plan and execute Board and Client lunches and catering for Executive meetings.
  • Monitor and reorder food and drink stock for staff as needed.
  • Grace records management:
    • Requests for pick up or deliveries.
    • Managing destruction of cartons with all departments to reduce costs.
  • First Aid Officer:
    • manage staff numbers per floor. 
    • Identify when staff need training & management of expiry.
  • Attend and participate in Life Safety Committee meetings.
  • Support Executive Floor Coordinators with daily tasks e.g. meetings, daily report, SINE external visitors log
  • Assist with catering orders, room set up and clean up.
  • Ordering of stock for both Level 30 & Internal Floors though WINC, QCC and other suppliers as needed
  • Expense management including team chargebacks, invoicing and Concur expenses.
  • Technology trouble shooting and assistance with events. 
  • Attend weekly meetings with IT to discuss concerns and help to brainstorm new solutions.
