We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive General Manager to lead a large allied health and specialist private clinic in Melbourne. This role is not a typical clinic manager position; instead, it is an executive-level role responsible for overseeing the business as a whole, focusing on partnerships, growth strategies, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive the clinic's growth and success.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our network of partners and referral sources.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including healthcare organizations, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance and budgeting processes to ensure the clinic's financial health and sustainability.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and effective clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of department heads and staff to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards to uphold the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Requirements
