About the Position
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Executive General Manager - Sales will drive sales through the communities, motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans and pricing strategies whilst continuing to stay ahead of our competition.
The successful Sales Leader will be passionate about leading, mentoring, and creating positive change. You will lead a passionate and dynamic team to deliver an exceptional sales and settlement journey for our new homeowners to be. You will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader of people, have exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering the holistic Sales Strategy to meet sales and settlement targets each financial year and as part of our 3 year settlement range. You will work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership team to deliver strategic outcomes for the business setting strategic pathways for execution of companywide incentive targets.
About You
The successful candidate will be an Executive level individual that has an enthusiastic, motivated and hard working spirit and demonstrates a proven track record of leading a team to outperform their set sales quotas, whilst also displaying the following attributes:
• A skilled leader of people and developing high-performance teams you bring a strong track record of performance in leadership roles.
• Has developed and executed long term strategic plans aligning with overall business objectives
• Has worked in a B2C environment, ideally selling products of significant value
• Has a highly developed stakeholder management skillset and can demonstrate the ability to work with peers to achieve group results
• Ideally has worked within an ASX listed environment
• Brings a high level of financial acumen, with P&L experience
• Must be articulate with strong written and presentation skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
• Very strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
