Our Customer division is essential for engaging with our audience to deliver service line stories. This includes content creation, campaign strategy, market research and insights, digital projects, creative designs, social media presence, and supporting sales through lead generation and customer service.
About the Role
This role reports into the EGM Customer, taking accountability for the operational leadership of the Y Victoria's enterprise wide marketing team. The Marketing team is responsible for ensuring the customer sourcing and attraction needs of each service line are clearly understood and agreed, documented, and translated into defined actions. The role combines leadership, operational delivery and innovation and will become a critical member of the Customer Leadership Team (CLT). Responsibilities include:
- Highly Visible Leadership; Provide highly visible and strategic leadership for the Marketing team
- Team Cohesion: Actively work to support a cohesive, effective leadership group and organisational culture across the function
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the Y Victoria's in-house subject matter expert in regards Marketing and Corporate Affairs
- Management of Marketing Business Partners: Manage the Y Victoria's Marketing Business Partners to ensure a consistent engagement approach is delivered with positive outcomes
- Innovation: Continually apply new thinking and ideas to existing ways of delivering Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Customers Research
This is a permanent full time role. Hybrid working model, working from home and from the Box Hill Office one to two days a week. The remuneration for this role is $158,445.43 (inclusive of super).
About You
We require a leader with a warm and authentic approach, who can engage with the team and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders/brands. You will have a strong background in managing marketing teams, including the management of corporate communications in community service and/or social service related organizations. Other requirements include:
- Marketing and Sales Experience: Previous experience working in both B2B and B2C marketing and sales processes
- Educational Qualification: Degree qualification in a relevant field
- Drive for Growth and Change: Strongly driven and able to instill a growth and change mindset among their team. Experience in managing change and driving positivity
