About the role
The People, Culture and Standards Division provides a central and safe environment to report unethical behaviour across the Department and responds to a range of integrity, behavioural, performance, competency and conduct issues.
The Executive Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing workflow, correspondence, ministerials, projects within PCS, analysing and providing high level briefings and advice, developing and overseeing planning and reporting, and driving the delivery of PCS outcomes.
