About the role: As an Executive Officer, you will undertake a range of duties including: - Provision of high level, quality advice- Preparation of submissions, briefing papers, reports and other correspondence- Managing, monitoring and reporting on business performance as it impacts on the government's outcomes and priorities under the department's Strategic and Corporate Plans.
While not mandatory, experience in executive support or office manager roles will be highly regarded, along with experience in the use of Aurion, SAP or PowerBI.
To be successful you will have: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects and business processes
