Troocoo are excited to be partnering with this leading Government agency to recruit a temporary Executive Support Officer AO4 (Project based). This role will sit within a tight knit team providing a dedicated level of administrative and executive support!
About the role:

• Provide a high and confidential level of administration support to Senior Executives
• Manage, draft and track incoming correspondence as required
• Manage busy calendars and diaries as required - scheduling and organising meetings
• Organising travel and credit card reconciliations as required
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and assisting in board reports

About you:

• Previous experience in Executive Support/Personal Support/Executive Officer
• Government experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Systems experience - Microsoft Office Suite, TRIM, eDRMS, Doctrak, MINCOR/MECS is regarded
• Ability to work with conflicting deadlines and manage busy schedules
• Professional attitude towards work and flexibility
