Maldon District Community Bank is excited to recruit an Executive Officer (EO) to manage and implement the affairs of the company and support the board. The EO is integral to realising the company vision to create thriving, sustainable and connected communities. The EO is responsible for overseeing marketing, community investments and partnerships, upholding a professional company profile. The role encompasses the Company Secretary duties, undertaking the administrative functions of the company and ensuring legal compliance.
Direct Reports: Communications Officer and Community Partnerships Lead
The role seeks personal attributes of ‘eagle eye’ for detail, organised, proactive, systemic thinker, accountability, sound judgement, community passion and relationship builder.
