The Role
- End-to-end portfolio management of approx 90 x properties end-to-end
- The portfolio is located within the western suburbs so minimal travel, and has been incredibly well-managed by a long-term member of the team
- Shared administration and leasing support
- Working closely with one of the most elite sales teams in Western Australia
- Previous property management experience is essential
- Corporate presentation & confident demeanor to manage existing relationships
- High-level customer service
- A team player who wants to add value to the department... and have a laugh at the same time
