About the Role:
As the Executive Support Officer you will be responsible for providing, developing and maintaining an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative and secretarial support service to the Nursing Midwifery Director / Facility Manager Beaudesert Hospital.
You will operate with a high degree of independence in performing the duties and liaising with a range of clients and stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation, whilst maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the department and other members of multidisciplinary teams.

- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service, and the ability to use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations

- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise workloads during busy periods
- Capability to work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
