Ipswich-based University seeking an Executive Assistant for a 1-month temp contract commencing 02/04/24

Your new role

As the Executive Support Officer, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and Executive Support to the Head of School and school staff including:

• Inbox and calendar management
• Committee meeting servicing
• Workload allocation
• Administration and procurement requests

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous executive assistance experience
• Full availability between 02/04/24 until 10/05/24 (duration inclusive of a 2-week training/handover period)
• Strong organisation skills

What you'll get in return

• $45 - $50/hr (depending on experience)
• 36hr work week, with start/finish times between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
• Ipswich-based role
