- Pay rate 46+p /h + super
- Located in Brisbane QLD
- ASAP to 6 months assignment with potential to extend, pending business and performance requirements
About the role
As an Executive Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing confidential executive assistance and managing administrative functions associated with the General Manager, Major Projects. This includes managing executive emails, maintaining electronic diaries, preparing for high-level meetings, and providing secretariat support to the Major Projects Senior Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide confidential executive assistance to the General Manager, Major Projects.
- Manage the General Manager's electronic diary and organise meetings, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare the General Manager for high-level meetings, boards, and steering committees by providing meeting papers and briefs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager.
- Screen telephone calls and written correspondence, redirecting enquiries where appropriate.
- Provide secretariat support to the Major Projects Senior Leadership team and other board and steering committees.
- Assist the Office of the General Manager team with project work as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
