Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Bondi Junction, NSW
Schedule: 3 days per week

Responsibilities:
- Qualified bookkeeper/BAS agent
- Manage superannuation
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Managing and reconciling payroll
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
- Competency in using Xero and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong administration skills
- Must be a permanent resident or have a valid working visa (no sponsorship available)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
