Position: Stylist/Fashion Sales Consultant
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 16 – 32 per week

What We're Looking For:

• Great sense of humour!
• Previous experience in fashion sales (bridal highly regarded) with a strong focus on customer service 3 years (Required).
• Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results, a history of exceptional KPIs.
• Able to participate in social media, and an interest in marketing are also highly valued.
• Most excellent time management is needed, as we work in appointment blocks. 
• We love feedback, so you must come with a love and acceptance of feedback.
• A growth mindset, as our team strives to be the best version of ourselves.
• With a high standard of commitment and work ethic, consistency is key.
• Exceptional personal presentation and impeccable people skills.
• A flare for creating memorable moments and real connections.
• Solutions focussed with outside-of-the-box thoughts to challenges.
• Wonderful communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills, 
• High standard of attention to detail.
• Our peak times are the weekend so the successful candidate must be able to work Saturdays.

• Do you thrive working in a team bouncing ideas as well as individually striving to achieve targeted results?
• Are you social media savvy with an interest in sales and marketing, happy to help drive our socials and online store. 
• Shopify or e-comerce ? Marketing experience is also highly regarded.
