Qualifications & experience
- Cake decorator/ Pastry Chef with experience in working in a professional environment
- Have experience with large production numbers
- Experience with covering cream based cakes is favoured
- Experience with pastry and desserts
Tasks & responsibilities
Fast paced cake decorator to be able to work quickly to produce number of cakes per shift
- Covering cream based cakes such as black forest, chocolate cream, custard cakes etc
- Cakes are built and decorated in a consistent manner
- Be able to work under time restrictions and unsupervised
