Pastry Chef/Mixer/Cake Decorator

We are a cake manufacturer. We are looking for an experienced mixer pastry chef/cake decorator/cake finisher to join our team

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Masking and decorating cakes
• Measuring and mixing of ingredients
• Follow production/recipe sheets
• Finishing and packaging of products
• Cleaning and wash up of production and other areas
• Other occasional tasks related to your role

• Friendly personality
• Ability to adapt to change
• Multi-tasking skills essential
• HACCP knowledge – highly regarded but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role within a pastry/cake kitchen will be an added advantage
• Fit and healthy individual - essential
• Must be able to lift 15 kg

This is an ideal Mon-Fri day shift operation 7 am start.  Work life balance assured.

Valid work visa is essential
