Opportunity for an Experienced Client Servicesofficer/Manager to join a small motivated team in a growing business focussed on delivering quality advice and service.
In this role, you will work with the advisers, clients, and other team members to ensure the business continues to provide quality administrative and processing services in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with clients to collect required information, provide progress updates and respond to general queries
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties
- Arranging client appointments
- Preparing files for client meetings
- Implementing all advice including processing Investment/ Super/ Insurance applications and amendments
- Maintaining client files and databases
- Providing administration support to advisers
- Attending client meetings when required
The Person
- Minimum of 3 years experience supporting a financial planner
- Experience with implementation is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
