Your Responsibilities:
Preparing contracts and drafting correspondence
Managing conveyancing files from initial instruction to settlement
Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other stakeholders
Handling e-conveyancing transactions on PEXA and Duties Online
Assisting directors and managers with additional tasks as needed
What You'll Bring:
Exceptional communication skills for effective client and stakeholder interaction
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive under pressure
A minimum of three years of experience in conveyancing
