About your new employer:
- Our client is a boutique law firm specializing in conveyancing.
- Rapidly expanding client base along the east coast of Australia
- The firm has recently opened new offices in Melbourne and Noosa.
- Their services extend beyond conveyancing to include Family Law, Wills and Estates, Criminal Matters, and Contract Drafting.
About the role:- You will be working on a broad range of conveyancing matters such as, Sale and Purchase Conveyancing, Contracts of Sale; and Off the Plan Sales and Purchases etc.
- The role offers a wide range of matters including the opportunity to work on interstate files.
The ideal candidate:- Property/Conveyancing Associate (3+ PQE).
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- Experience in property transactions and/or conveyancing, coming from a recognised property law team/firm.
- Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in property law. Down to earth with a bubbly personality who can work well alone and within the team.
