- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality dishes are consistently delivered.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Have hospitality educational backgrounds
