About You:
We are in search of experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators/ Teachers who:
- Has the ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of NQS and EYLF
- Develop and evaluate an age-appropriate program
- Implement and drive projects and investigations with the children
- Embed the Reggio Emilia philosophy into daily practice
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork is essential as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with families, children and staff members
- Foster and inspire different approaches to stimulate a love of learning
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the necessary systems to ensure alignment with the National Quality Standards for Early Childhood Education and Care and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Promote excellence and cater for the needs of students to be both challenged and supported
- Develop learning opportunities that are inclusive and engaging for each child so that individual learning plans and outcomes are achieved
- Establish and maintain a learning environment both indoors and outdoors that is stimulating and provides a wide range of resources and materials that the children can utilise to develop individual and group projects
About the role!
We are excited to seek educators who have a Reggio Emilia background to be based at our beautifully built serviceto support the families and the teams in the day-to-day operations.
You will be an inspiring educator who supports the team to create warm and inclusive environments for children. We are looking for educators who are passionate about their role working with young children and who put enthusiasm into play and intentional teaching moments. You will have a strong desire to build trusting and nurturing relationships with the children and collaborative, professional relationships with families and communities.

Successful candidates must hold:
-Cert III or Diploma qualification in ECEC or equivalent
-Current WWCC-Current First Aid, CPR & Anaphylaxis
