To be considered for the role the candidate should possess the following:
- Databuild experience is preferred
- Archicad experience is preferred
- Good residential construction knowledge with knowledge of the local residential construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently
- The role requires a minimum of 2 years experience in an Estimator and/or Scheduler position within the residential home building market.
