Doppiozero Beaconsfield is an Italian Pizzeria and Wine Bar seeking experienced Front of House staff to join our team!
We are open Monday to Friday 5pm - late, then Saturday to Sunday 12pm - 3pm/5pm - late.
The ideal candidate needs to have the ability to work both on the floor and behind the bar with strong leadership skills and a love for hospitality! There is potential for this postion to lead into a resturant supervisor postion for thr right candidate.
Main duties and role include:
- oversee Front Of House operations including maintaining high quality food standards, provide exceptional customer experience and lead staff to do the same
- respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- delegate and manage Front Of House staff when responsible or on duty for a shift
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Exceptional service skills
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Organisational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of supervisory practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
- Passion for hospitality and with a drive to develop your career
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- A current RSA
