💼 Position Details:
- Casual shifts 4 days per week, with the potential to lead into a permanent part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Childhood immunizations and injections, wound management, ECGs, assist doctors with clinical procedures.
- Maintain clinical documentation.
- Conduct Health Assessments and Care Plans.
- Monitor, store, safely use of clinical supplies and follow cold chain procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with the Practice Manager and Practice Principal.
- Conduct preventative/screening procedures, coordinate patient recalls within clinical software
- Ensure sterilization and maintenance of clinical equipment.
- Assist with the management of stocks of clinical supplies.
- Stay up to date with CPD education.
- Act within the practice and nursing code of ethics
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration and Indemnity Insurance
- 1 year of experience in a General Practice setting
- Experience with Best Practice Software and Hot Doc is desired but not essential
- Current CPR Certificate
