The Role:
As a Nurse at the GP practice, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality patient care. Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean clinical environment to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Chronic disease management and providing ongoing support to patients.
- Performing wound care and managing dressings.
- Assisting with procedures, including iron infusions, ear syringing, vaccinations, and injections.
- Conducting ECG's and health assessments.
- Collaborating with other clinic staff and doctors to optimize patient outcomes.
- Liaising with community services to coordinate patient care.
- Sterilisation and maintenance of medical equipment to uphold infection control standards.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a General Practice setting or proficiency in using Best Practice software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
