THE COMPANY:
An established and handsomely awarded Bespoke High-End Builder working with some of Victoria's best Architects and wealthy clients delivering projects ranging from $2mil - $5mil+ in the affluent areas of Inner Melbourne and Bayside.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Supporting the site supervisors with the work onsite from start through to handover of the project
• Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines;
• Support the managing with sub-contractors, while coordinating their presence on-site;
• Liaise closely with the main stakeholders - contract administration / Project Managers, Clients, and architects when needed;

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• 5+ Years minimum as a qualified carpenter (post apprenticeship) working on architectural builds; 
• Carpentry trade background (Essential);
• Act as a mentor to the trades on-site and be open to trade allocation;
• Experience working alongside project managers, contract administrators, clients, and architects; 
• Sound knowledge of custom building workflow practices;
• Passion for architecture and quality fancy builds;
• Drivers License & Reliable Car & Tools;
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights;
