Qualifications & experience
- A relevant qualification and experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
- Must be able to use Excel substantially.
- Must be able to use IT software with ease.
- Must be skilled in report writing and other written communications (professional standard)/word processing skills.
- Must be proactive, be able to apply logic, and possess critical thinking skills.
- Must have a flexible/growth attitude.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Budget reviews (using spreadsheets and IT software)
- Disability client services
- Managing complex cases
- Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams
- Providing sound advice about the NDIS
- Ensuring case notes are captured
- Writing reports & requesting reviews
- Visiting participants in the community
- Managing stakeholder meetings (facilitate/coordinate)
- Coordinating supports
