Qualifications & experience

• A relevant qualification and experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
• Must be able to use Excel substantially.
• Must be able to use IT software with ease.
• Must be skilled in report writing and other written communications (professional standard)/word processing skills.
• Must be proactive, be able to apply logic, and possess critical thinking skills.
• Must have a flexible/growth attitude.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Budget reviews (using spreadsheets and IT software)
• Disability client services
• Managing complex cases
• Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams
• Providing sound advice about the NDIS
• Ensuring case notes are captured
• Writing reports & requesting reviews
• Visiting participants in the community
• Managing stakeholder meetings (facilitate/coordinate)
• Coordinating supports
