Managing a growing and well-maintained portfolio of approx. 230 properties
Full time Assistant and Compliance manager
Full time Inspection Manager assisting external routines/condition reports
Providing outstanding customer service to owner providers and renters
Property Tree, Inspection Express experience preferred although training will be provided
Agent's representative Certificate, Driver's License are essential
Full time leasing department, BDM and trust accounting support

To be successful for this position you must possess the following:
- Agent Representative Certificate
- Your own car
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to learn
- A positive and can do attitude
- Property management experience is a MUST
